Personal training is provided by
Heather. Her background in exercise
physiology and mental health can help
you overcome obstacles to regular exercise,
get you started on a safe and effective
exercise program, and give you tools
to stay motivated to exercise for life.
Some of the personal training options
available are:

Walk and Talk –
improve your emotional and physical health
by combining a traditional counseling
session, with a walking exercise program. |

Short term – 3-5
sessions to help you get set up on a safe
and effective exercise program that you
will continue on your own. |

On-going – weekly
sessions to help you stay motivated to
exercise regularly, and to provide variety
to keep your workouts fresh. |
 |
Train for a race
– select a goal race, from a 5K to marathon,
and meet weekly for 3 months to help prepare
for this event. Clients will be given
a training regime to follow for each month.
