As a courtesy I can get your behavioral health/substance abuse service copays just email me your full name, date of birth, insurance company and insurance ID#.

Rates :
Vary on health insurance copays, those with out insurance will be charged between $80-$100 depending on length of session. I am understanding and do provide flexibility to those without insurance or having financial hardship there is a sliding scale fee. 
 

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cost of the session.

Phone sessions:
As a courtesy, I do make myself availble to my clients in between sessions (no charge) however phone sessions (50 minute sessions) are $15 per 20 minute increment and there is a charge for a high volume of emailing and texting, to write letters, and appear in court. Insurance does not cover these charges.
